This page shows numerous exercises for each of the major muscle areas (abs, shoulders, arms, back, chest, legs).   Some of the exercises require exercise equipment, but there are so many different exercises, that a full workout can be developed with no equipment at all.  For example, there are twelve abs exercises shown, only four require equipment.

Take 5 Exercise Plan
Sets up five exercise plans beginning with level one for those who have done little exercise for an extended period up to Level 3, for those who have been working out consistently.  Workouts are simple and can be done five days a week.  You can also buy exercise equipment through this group.
