Dear Hamilton School Families,

Welcome to the 2011-2012 school year. I am looking forward to working with you and your children to honor cherished traditions and create new ones at Hamilton School.

I have been in education for 16 years, and this is my fifth year in administration. I recently completed the coursework in the University of La Verne’s doctoral program in organizational leadership. I am excited to utilize the skills I’ve learned to help build effective teams and create a positive school culture on the Hamilton campus.

I strongly believe that educating children is most effective when teachers, parents and students work together to make learning a priority. I encourage you to help by getting your child to school on time each day, checking homework, and staying in contact with your child’s teacher. Research has shown that communication is the key to any good relationship. It is my goal to communicate regularly with staff, students, and parents via newsletters, morning announcements, and personal contact. Please feel free to contact me to discuss any concerns or questions you may have. Together we will make a difference for kids!

Welcome Back Bobcats!

My name is Mr. Dominguez and I am Hamilton School’s new assistant principal.  I believe that I bring experience and know-how to help all students succeed.  I hold a Bachelor of Arts degree in both political science and criminal justice from California State University, Fullerton and a Master of Arts degree in educational leadership from California State University, Northridge. I have spent several years teaching middle school social studies, language arts, criminology, and physical education.  Furthermore, I have been an Associate Student Body and Club Live advisor. 

I am excited to join the Hamilton School family this year. I believe strongly that all students can learn if given a safe and friendly environment to grow.  I truly believe that Hamilton School and the Anza community are destined for greatness in the future.
