A Simple Way to Boost Your Child's School Performance!

What is one way to get your child to do better in school, or score higher on tests? Some parents may say, "more time studying," but of course you can add more hours of study to your child's life, but how much of that time is used effectively? All the extra hours will not if he or she is not focused.

Rigorous exercise can show a dramatic increase in academic performance. New research shows that students who exercised were 64% more alert and ready to learn and 55% improved academically. Instead of adding more study time to your child's schedule before school, let them do pushups, run, or even do jumping jacks to help them do better and score higher.
