   The mission of the Cottonwood School Community is to educate all students in a safe, secure, disciplined environment, to promote academic excellence, and to provide opportunities to become responsible citizens in a diverse society.

    Cottonwood's vision encompasses the following beliefs:

We believe that all students can learn academic and social skills;  we will create a safe, disciplined, and nurturing environment where all students will learn to achieve academic and social success.

We believe that every child has a unique way of learning and achieving.

We believe that a child's success is based on opportunities, motivation, values, encouragement, and personal responsibility.
